Domestic orders over $500 are shipped for FREE! For orders under $500 a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 applies.
International orders - Please contact us via email first as some products cannot be exported under current supplier agreements.
Exemptions are Falcon Optics Scopes which can be exported to New Zealand, so please feel free and directly purchase them through our website (New Zealand GST is excluded in the price which must be paid by the customer to customs at arrival in New Zealand)

How much do I have to pay for shipping?
For any order over $150 you'll pay nothing for shipping.
For orders under $150 we'll provide you a quote as you proceed to the check out. This will be a based on where you want your purchase delivered.
All deliveries are by courier and at the point of fulfillment you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
How long will my delivery take?
We have designed our fulfillment process to ensure you get your purchase as soon as possible. Variations in delivery time are generally due to weekends, public holidays and distance.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Our couriers are not able to deliver to your PO Box. In many cases a signature is required so you'll need someone to be at the delivery address to receive your purchase.
When you make your order we strongly recommend that you provide a contact phone number during the checkout process. This number may then be used for the courier to contact you when delivering your package. For rural addresses that do not have a postal service we can ship the order to a PO box. To arrange this simply add a comment such as “RURAL AREA” when entering your details on the checkout page. If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Supply Drop ships throughout Australia and New Zealand. Delivery time to New Zealand is approximately 7 to 10 days.
International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Supply Drop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do you have a pickup service?
We do not currently offer a pickup service. Nearly all of the products are shipped out from various warehouses via DHL. All deliveries are sent out as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number if available (carrier service specific).
