1. Your purchase does not arrive

  1. If you don’t receive your purchase please contact us immediately.
  2. We’ll provide you with an updated delivery estimate for your purchase.
  3. If we determine that the item wasn't successfully delivered, we will refund the full cost of the purchase and shipping.
  4. Please note that you are responsible for accepting your purchase when it arrives. If you refuse delivery for reasons other than the package was empty or damaged in shipping, you won’t be eligible for a refund.

2. Your purchase arrives broken or not as described

  1. If you receive a purchase that arrives broken or not as described you can request a replacement (if possible) or a refund. Click here to request a refund.
  2. Once we receive your request we may ask for the purchase to be returned. Please do not return your purchase until your refund has been approved. Your purchase should be returned in the same condition it was received. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us. You may then be refunded up to the full cost once we’ve received the purchase.
  3. In some instances, your purchase won’t need to be returned. In this situation, we can assess your refund without the returned purchase. We may ask for proof that your purchase has been destroyed. Alternatively, you may offer or accept a partial refund to cover the difference between the product you ordered and the one you received.
